On Monday, September 26, 2011 the Jimmy Gahan
Charitable Foundation will be holding the
Fifth Annual Charity Golf Tournament
at the Woods Hole Country Club

The tournament will include:

• Prize pool of $1,500 available
   
• Two Hole-in-One Contests with a new Toyota and a Harley Davidson Motorcycle for the winners as prizes

10:30 Registration, Luncheon & Raffle 
with over $1,000 in prizes

12:00 Shotgun Scramble format start

5:00 hors d’oevres, dinner and silent auction

All for $150.00 per person
(or $600 per foursome)

Limited to the first 80 people to respond
Payment due by September 20, 2011

Limited corporate sponsorships 
available at $125.00 per hole. 
Sponsorship includes dinner for one.
